Freak!!: Issuing 100,000,000 shares to buy Tricom Pictures, an affiliated company, for at least $10,000,000? Doesn't that mean that SHTV is only worth $0.10/share? Naaaaaahhhhhhh! ;^) Furthermore, if you pull a D&B report on Tricom, you'll find a net worth at 6/97 of less than $2,000,000. Could the management/owners of both companies be implementing a PnD to attempt to enrich themselves unfairly through their simultaneous ownership of the affiliate? Naaaahhhhhh! This is an OTC BB penny stock headquartered in Pompano Beach. That kind of stuff just doesn't go on! ;^) Razor
