>"PRFM at 4.25 OUCH!! Guess CEO should stay away from TV."<

Here's a funny story about PRFM at 4.25. On the first recycle (Microsoft) of PRFM, I sold into the second half of my total short position at 8.25. I had also then put in a limit order to buy back to cover those 3,000 shares at 4.25. At the time, 4.25 looked a long ways away but was a nice round number and since I usually can't actively monitor my account in the afternoons it seemed a sensible thing to do to catch any dips (I think most of us were expecting more of an up and down movement from the PR effort).

Anyway, out of sight out of mind and I neglected to drop the limit as PRFM slowly dropped and stabilized in the low fours. So, on Thursday the 18th, the low bid for the day was 4.25 and my limit buy order for 3,000 got taken out at the bid.

I was thinking to myself at the time that it was pretty stupid for me to have stopped myself out of half my entire position while on a winning roll but I had too much of a percentage of my entire account in PRFM margin anyway and that was crimping my ability to participate in some of the other more juicy candidates the last couple weeks. I was thinking that there must be some very desperate sellers out there for me to have gotten such a deal on my buy at the low bid for the day. I just discovered who sold me those 3,000 shares of PRFM on 02/18/99:
