Salim, PCFN realtime quote BID size -- 13300 X Ask size -- 1000 This means an investor wants to buy 13,300 shares and another investor wants to sell 1000 shares. The bid and ask prices are still in the low 8's . I think you're confusing the BID/ASK prices with the BID/ASK sizes. Now, the Bid size is nothing to sneeze at !!! 13,300 X 8.25 = $$ 109,725 .. Institutional buyer??
