I think market sentiment has as much to do with APCO's price/movement right now as much as anything does. There is uncertainty in the air regarding earnings (not for APCO). Nothing negative has appeared with APCO. The story is just as good as ever, but people ARE locking in profits.

Unfortunately, lots of people have investment timelines measured in days and weeks!!! The momentum guys can cause havoc. I don't think APCO has alot of daytraders though.

If we retest the 9's, which is possible, I'll load up again!!!
