Their previous MO was to give shares of their current companies as payment for debts, as well as sell shares for varying amounts to individuals, and, finally, give shares awa--to friends, family, etc. There was no keeping up with their accounting; I don't know Alexander, or the current accting firm, but I did notice that the WSJ's estimates of outstanding shares was considerably higher, more than double, thzan what i thought was out there in usat--something like 30 million as opposed to 13 million--if my memory serves me. these guys may have great product now, but if you are yesterday's investor, you are just that to them--yesterday. and they never look back, if you know what i mean
