I'm located in an area without a Borders, so I patronize Barnes & Noble (and when I can, look at the books at B&N and drive down the road to buy from the local bookseller). Amazon recently sent me a $10 coupon. I bought the latest Elmore Leonard but don't plan anymore purchases from them, so I guess their $10 investment in me is a bust. I use Acses when possible and buy from Borders if the price isn't too much different.
