What is the meaning of the 13G filing by Private Capital? Not being familiar with these filings I may be misinterpreting the word dissolution. Hopefully, that is not correct and that we will continue to hear from Gregg Powers. If I am wrong, what is the filing saying? Also, are Form 144 filings the announcement of plans for future sales? The previous note on Viterbi's filing implied that the sale had occurred. I suspect that it is a planned future sale of 100,000 shares and that the President is planning a sale of 75,000 shares. These are large sales which are out of character. Could it be that there is an expectation of a soaring price in the near future or something more ominous?
