Hello:

This is George Muniz, Co-Founder of The Executioner and I just want to take this opportunity to clarify this issue.

First of all there is no lawsuit simply because there is nothing illegal taking place.

"That bank used to cover the margin calls." that Steven L. is referring to is not money that is ours or lent by us. These are loans and personal arrangements made between our customers and outside individuals (Lenders) that are in the business of lending funds for a fee. We simply help facilitate the transaction and do not in any way benefit financially from it.

Just wanted to set the record straight.
