I am trying to get a hold of the Delgratia December proxy which will reveal more about their desert play. Have you seen? They only purchased 40% of it and Ager is new President of the company. This tells me how important they see this play. Read Jay Taylor thread about what he feels about these desert plays. It is suppose to be close to Las Vegas.
