Hmmm. I had a funny feeling this is what would happen.

I was informed by Roger Templeton that Mr. D was quite zealous in his efforts to defend Digitcom (quite understandably) and turned what was supposed to be a private viewing of the technology to Him and Sam Lee into a public shareholder's preview of the company's technology.

In the face of what we have seen before, and Digitcom becoming ever increasingly "hush-hush" about it's goings and comings, it is only glaringly obvious that anyone and all who attended this meeting were required to sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) as it relates to what would be presented to them by Digitcom.

For good or for bad, they now would create a very liablous situation if they were to break their written agreement - be it good or bad. Remember - Loose lips, sink ships.

The truth of the matter is WE JUST DON'T KNOW!! The only tale tale sign that anything is amiss will most certainly be the action that comes Monday morning. I am afraid that most of us are way beyond the point of return with our investments if we are thinking of trying to get out early. But, BE CAREFUL!! The MM's may just try and play this situation to their favor if things ARE on the UP AND UP by artificially lowering the price again, creating the "FEAR of DOOM" in order to scoop up more shares cheaper than is available now.

Truth of the matter (personally speaking) is that I have taken a big stake in DIGITCOM. If this thing went to $0.0 Monday, then that is the chance I have taken. Like many here, I have lost so much, that what the heck is the rest of my investment worth. I'd rather hang on to hope right now. My decision. To me HOPE is much more valuable than the remaining equity I have in DIGITCOM.

Although, some may disagree withe me, at this point, gambling is what this is called. I am hoping that they (Digitcom)care very much about the investors of their company and are trying their best to see investor confidence will rise. Jimmy's 50% stake should help

There is no right or wrong answer here. It's personal. Are you willing to take the gamble that everything is GREAT or that it is GOING SOUTH?!

My PM's are just that. Private. Maybe someone who attended that meeting wouldn't mind disclosing a tidbit of information (without breaking any confidentiality with Digitcom).

Zack
