So this 13G indicates Private Capital Management is acquiring more shares of QCOM (over 5%)? AGGREGATE AMOUNT BENEFICIALLY OWNED BY EACH REPORTING PERSON 3,449,056 PERCENT OF CLASS REPRESENTED BY AGGREGATE AMOUNT BENEFICIALLY OWNED 4.9% If so, given the timing, it would seem the risk of a trial with the whiners doesn't dampen their outlook on QCOM.
