I don't know about the intelligence of an ebay buyer but I do know one seller (kid) who is smart. She watches local store/superstore sale... Advertises those hot items on ebay and once she has a bid which is greater than 10%, buys it on her dad's credit card (with at least 10 days grace period remaining) and sells it to the bidder. She doesn't know about DELL or AMZN's operation but sure does know how to use easy credit to achieve wonderful ROE. -Suresh
