CNBC has Hulbert on as a guest from time to time. Its actually a very technical business to fairly determine returns that are useful for comparative purposes. Most of the guests are not specific enough in their calls to be evaluated by Hulbert. There are financial firms which track fund managers' records and sell the info to investment firms.
