Zeev, it's funny, but I knew you were going to ping me on the gross sales figures vs. the earnings per share. Your argument makes sense.
I was being conservative on earnings per share of $.20 to $.22 for Two reasons:

1. Just in case the amount of shares goes up between now and then, albeit it would be only slightly.

2. To respect PROG's CFO, John Broderick, who does his damndest to "manage the street" and beat estimates each quarter. John does not want whispers numbers to creep to high, to make beating numbers unattainable.

I INVITE ANYBODY WHO HAS MORE SPECFIC INPUT ABOUT PROG TO SEND THOSE INPUTS TO MARK JOHNSON, AND TO DO IT SOON. MARK COULD INCORPORATE SUCH COMMENTS, ADDING VALUE TO WHAT I STARTED, INTO A LARGER PICTURE OF PROGRAMMERS PARADISE FOR MARK'S EVENTUAL ARTICLE.

For example, Zeev could describe his gross sales vs. earnings per share rationale. After all, Kelly is just one whacko. Let's get other view points. -Kelly
