I think they are providers to existing ISP's or companies who want to establish themselves as ISPs. In my call I tried to get some clarity on that. I am actually interested in their products for my own uses. It seems they sell their products to you and because there is some support requirements you become a strategic partner if not a financial partner to some degree.

Good question, I will follow up on it some more when I visit.
