This Bateman deal is all dependant upon the Co. and at what price they set the bateman stock. If it's cheaper on the market then they buy it there. If EMR prices a private placement cheaper, then they buy direct. Mind you I forget the deal but if I remeber correctly, it was only a certain amount of money mentioned. That sum could end up buying a large percentage if the stock is cheap. We should be getting a release on this soon I guess. - denis
