CYOE Wolf Hope nobody jumps on me (a newbe) for posting but, I found it interesting that I was looking through pretty much the same info (albeit Saturday afternoon instead the middle of the night) That PR was also biz.yahoo.com Pretty interesting stuff. While reading the 10Q i noticed that CYOE is warning about litigation still haunting them from the Diana Corp days (along with several other law suits) mentioned in TSC article (post #12958 by IcyGual). Note 4 talks about a possible settlement resulting in 2.5Mil warrants @$9, $10, & $11. Along with the 2 acquisitions mentioned in Note 3 resulting in an additional 1.230 Mil common. On top of everything else, I think that spells d-i-l-u-t-i-o-n. This might be some of the "bad stuff" Pluvia mentioned in #12798?
