Bubba your favorite quote <<"He who knows, doesn't talk. He who doesn't know, talks too much.">>

Excuse me for replying when you didn't want a reply to Rocky being logical. But, if you actually believe your own quote above, then you've never attended lectures by some of the most knowledgeable men in our country. Nevertheless, the single largest poster on this thread is Bubba Rocky (no disrespect to your name) which would, by your own logic, make him the least credible.

Those who know and are honest generally care enough to share their knowledge. Those who know and don't talk are typically dishonest and want to take advantage of those in the dark. The real point of being Truthful is to let others in on your discovery, good or bad. Talk about being truthful, I was warned that IOM might come out and say "blah blah" about this quarter's earnings, but I chose to (a) not believe it and (b) not share it. Now: how credible am I, because I withheld information from a credible source (numbers cruncher really who wasn't an IOM bear, by the way)? Despite Iomega's protracted malaise, your price targets are meaningless without sales data to back them up. Our intermediate target of $16 to $20 this year is built on actual sales/earnings/contractual data, not on intermediate TA. Even if IOM comes out next week and burps up a further negative earnings announcement for this quarter(as some real bears have been telling our office), we believe we have enough data to support a much higher price than $10 this year.

Rocky is nothing more than a negative hype monger. If you believe otherwise, then either (a) you've not read enough of his posts for three years or (b) you work with him. There are few other logical conclusions friend. In any case, who really cares either way. Rocky has managed to waste much of everyone's time. But, there's been some help, as he's managed to keep the longs looking for credible information instead of hype. I simply can't abide outright disinformation.

By the way, I believe Machavelli also used a quote similar to the one you appreciate above along with "the end justifies the means" and a ton of other goodies.
