Gold sales not discussed at G7 - Canada's Martin << The vexed issue of sales of International Monetary Fund gold to finance debt relief for the world's poorest countries was not discussed at Saturday's meeting of Group of Seven finance ministers and central bank governors, Canadian Finance Minister Paul Martin said. Martin told Reuters in an interview after the meeting broke up: ''There was no discussion of gold sales.''
