Albert - Re:"youshould be proud of work instead of hiding it no
metter how lousy it might be."

I am indeed quite proud of it. In fact. the work stands on it's own merit.

Here's a hint for one of my publications - Check out the IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) transcripts from a few years back.

Here's another hint - don't check out all the papers in these journals. That will take you too long, and I'm certain your time is extremely valuable.

Check just for the Outstanding Paper Awards for each year - these are usually highlighted so you can find it quite easily, following these suggestions.

When the IEEE awards somebody for their technical work and contributions, it makes your opinion of that work less than insignificant.

Oh, by the way - the paper concerns both materials science and radiation studies on semiconductor devices and materials, Dynamic Random Access Memories (DRAMs) in particular.

You, being a physicist, might be able to appreciate this.

Happy hunting, Albert.
