RocketMan, I have some friends and some 'net acquaintances who played principal roles in the specifying and tendering aspects of the "Malaysian Multimedia Superhighway," and the Hong Kong Telecom builds. One of them who was involved with the latter also project managed the acceptance processes for The Petronas Twin Towers facilities in Kuala Lumpur.
