Frost, Here is an exact copy of the e-mail I sent last week: Has Vivus made any plans to buy back shares on the open market while they are trading at these levels? If no, why not? Does a decision to buy back shares have to be publically announced ASA it is agreed upon by the Vivus board? How much longer is Vivus going to let its shareholders hang out to dry regarding a domestic partner? When are we going to get the partner? How many more months are we going to have to listen to Wilson's bs and see some results? Is Vivus doing anything to market MUSE to the PCPs(eg mailings, journal advertisements) or the target population of the 55+ group(eg magazines, internet,etc)? Please list all the countries FULLY LAUNCHED so far by both Astra and Janssen vs the same list of the 22 countries which have approved MUSE. When does Vivus expect approval for MUSE in China? When will Alibra phase III trials be completed? Including the $8M soon expected in milestones and the $24M in cash and cash available securities, does Vivus have enough cash to fund current R&D, spend a little on marketing, AND do some share repurchasing?? If so WHY DOESN'T VIVUS DO JUST THAT??!! Please give me a prompt reply!
