Well, as far as I can make out, the "F" a the end stood for Foreign, due to Optimal being a foreign company. It's removal probably doesn't mean the company will move its head offices to the U.S. Hopefully it does mean that the company will now have to comply with the much more stringent regulations of the S.E.C. Canadian securities regulators are both lax and toothless.

That means insider trading info should be more readily available. I'd love to know what those guys are up to with the huge number of options they've awarded themselves. 20% of the shares outstanding! Is that normal? Is it legal? When these guys cash in their free money, (if they haven't already) my shares will be worth 17% less. It's nice that the officers have a vested interest in the welfare of the company, but 20% seems totally excessive.
