Help anyone!!! Am installing the upgrade, get 93% done, then get an error 115 saying that the QP data files are in use, and then the setup shuts down. Am now unable to access ANYTHING, old version or new. No other programs are running, have tried the install a few times, even directly after rebooting. ARGH!

Anyone? Debra
