IMHO, I think that cable and sattelite providers will step up and fill the gap before any per-minute-fee legislation goes through. Either that, or additional teleco infrastructure will be created and most of the cost will be absorbed by business, with a small portion pushed down to the consumer. There is NO way that the average user is going to accept this type of fee structure. I for one would be broke! <g> Stan
