You forgot the fourth and most probable option if GLOw is not forced into bankruptcy. Force the company to sell the remaining 40M (if that is even a correct #) shares and distribute the proceeds to the creditors. There is already 100M shares authorized.

Problem? Minnesota is not likely to lift the restraint from selling stock in Minnesota.

If I were a creditor knowing the history of this company I would either force them into bankruptcy or force them to sell the stock. Better to lose the stake up front and still retain the right to sue the principles. They have already demonstrated the fraud charge in court.
