Rob, I absolutely agree that <<This idea that somehow they are going back to communism is a western media myth. >> Unfortunately, the development into Western European or US type economy is not the only alternative: India is the second country in the world in population with a large educated class -- GNP per capita $300 vs US $30000. Mexico is a large country as well as Columbia and Nigeria. They all never knew communism and have abundant resources. Wish you were right in the long term. Buying Yahoo meanwhile...
