It's the name.

The problem with the share price is simple. It's the name. Inprise means nothing to anybody. No brand recognition. They should have used something with more flair, like Netprise. Now the only thing that will move the stock price upwards is hefty profits. Nobody will bet on futures with a company whose name is so forgettable. Maybe it's better that way to ensure sound fundamentals, but the wait is certainly longer. From 11 to 5 is a price trend that will be hard to turn around.
