Pete: Good comments about kids and the educational system but let's bring it back to CNBC. CNBC has expressed concerns in their recent reporting about the day trading internet nuts. But in the interest of balance, CNBC has its stock picking club for kids. Here these kids are evaluated on a quarterly basis (I think) without any guidelines for risk (diversification). And it is always some club with a 400% return that picked one wild technology stock or so that wins the contest. Do you ever hear about the losers? You know, the club that lost 400%? Nope. I bet these make up the majority. Yeah, nothing like teaching children it is so easy to make a fast buck in the market without regard to risk. But CNBC is concerned about the day traders. Give me a break CNBC. You are encouraging the very craze you feign concern over. Now there is real balance with a twist!!!!!
