John, >>>"I still can't understand why he gets selected for these shows... He's a loser....."
The business shows seem to give time, not equal time but some time, to the bears. Kind of like giving politicians from both sides equal time. Joe Battapaglia, perennial bull, was almost always "balanced off" on shows with Michael Metz, who was bearish from Dow 2300 and up. Now, it seems like poor old Metz has thrown in the towel. Bob Brinker, of whom James Brady can speak a lot better than I can, has a whole den full of bears. He won't say their names on the radio, calling them names like the Montana bear, what's another one, Honey bear, or Tennessee bear, or Kodiak bear? Help me out, Jim.
What is really pathetic about some of these bears is that they are often apologetic about their views. It's like they come across as, being a bear on the market is a lousy job, but someone has to do it. I've never seen Battapaglia or Abby or Ralph (Flip Flop?) apologetic.
