Ok! Ok! you are smart , because you never said you are smart !!! As to who beat whom seriously in the trial only God knows. At least by watching the trial very closely and read all the written testimonies of witness from both sides , I did not find a singe clue that DOJ had proved that Microsoft had a monopoly , of course , not to mention abusing monopoly power.I did not find that Consumers got hurt at all. Can you tell me how do you get the impression that Bois had beatten Microsoft to death ? Just based these internal e-mails ? Intend to do something did not mean something was done !!!!!!! We all know that people had freedom of speech , of course , it also include the freedom of writing e-mails or express one's thinking on the e-mail !!! So, can the e-mail really prove anything ? I need your answer !!!!!! Or you just made your conclusion based on your own imagination fueled by the media ?
