Right, so it depends upon the share price at the time of execution how good a deal it is. If the stock is at $15 when the warrant is executed and you paid a buck for the warrant. Lucky you. The closer the XYBR share price is, to the warrant execution price, the better the deal for the company.

Companies usually specify a point at which they can call in the warrants. Say at a share price $18.00, or what ever has been pre-determined, to save them from giving away the shares cheap, if they sky rocket. (do an EBAY)
