I'm smart enough to know that 2.3 is larger than 2.2 and that NO MATTER WHAT THE OXIDE THICKNESS, the ELECTRIC FIELD ACROSS THE OXIDE, measured in Volts/Angstrom, is going to be HIGHER for 2.3 volts than for 2.2 volts. Similarly, whatever the breakdown voltage is, 2.3 volts is closer to the breakdown voltage than 2.2 volts, assuming of course that the breakdown voltage is greater than 2.2 volts. Thanks for ONCE AGAIN showing every one of us you haven't got one bit of common sense. How can you be so dumb to constantly embarrass yourself? Pal
