C'mon guys...

Pump and Dump? Get real. The volume of posts here are too damned miniscule to get a "pump" going. No bashers, no rah-rah-rahing until the cows come home.

It ran up on news, so fast that those that bought cheaply held. It peaked, bled back, then some of those that bought cheaply sold. Yet I would surmise that some of this was mm's profiting from the quick rise on the way back down to shake out more shares. The question is, where is the base?

Regarding the big-boys....they are coming, guns loaded. Some will look to build from within, some will acquire, some will partner. USRF is just sitting there. Small float, heavy insider hold. They've got equity room to expand before selling off at a premium, if they desire.

I was just fearful that the company was about to do one of those convertibles. Good to hear from the IR guy that this won't occur here. Perhaps just a straight private placement of equity, though I would hope that they consider a straight debt facility in the mix, to stave off major dilution.

RE; NASDAQ listing requirements....1.1mm trading float, 2 outside directors, form 10, $4/share for Small, $5 for NMS right? Anyone? I sure hope that this price drive down doesn't damage the listing...though I admit to not being entirely familiar with the rules here...
