Would BNEZ, out of stubbornness, allow this to go to the pink sheets on their lawyers advice to keep everything a secret?

management says no. but let me make one observation here. i originally bought into this company because i thought the management team had what it needed to get the job done. now clearly dr clark has delivered on the distribution side. he has gotten the product into the stores. but where's the other management team member's contributions? are they all just sitting around rooting for dr clark to bring home the bacon? why aren't we fully reporting yet? they know what that means and what it takes to get there. why don't we have financial backing? they had it all ready at the time of the AOL blunder and that was before product was on the shelves. what..they can't attract backing with product on the shelves? gimme' a break. they're sleeping.

to BNEZ management i say time to wake up and start delivering the goods. the AOL suit (can't imagine AOL allowing themselves to be distracted for so long either!) will run its course. let the attorney's handle it or drop it but for goodness sakes, stop acting like you can't move forward. make us a winner. just my opinion.
