Sam Thanks for the compliment, IPOSITE is going to be like no other website, basically it is going to be an informational clearing house, of practically everything dealing with IPOs and some surprises. I can not post details just yet because of security reasons, but when it comes online I think everyone will be pleased with the depth, diversity and information this site will contain. I have dealt with Market Makers, Investment Bankers, Private Investors, and Venture Capitalist, for a few years and know what they want to see and the information they want, if all this is centralized at a few keystrokes... well they will flock to this site. The thing is no one has this concept centralized and up to this point it has been a real challenge to bring everything from private companies to Wall Street to come together in a cyber environment. Not to mention doing it in a way that meets SEC and NASD guidelines and approval. KAA
