ft, You just don't get it. Just because someone sold @ $.09 does mean you can but at $.10. MMs can carry an inventory they do not have to sell below the ask. Right now they are expecting higher prices just like we are and they are not giving up shares below the ask. Quit worrying about one stinking penny and just buy some, if you really want it. George
