Hi Hank:

My projection for this quarter's revenue is $32M, possibly even a little higher.

This will be much higher than street projections, and will amaze everybody that eBay was able to grow revenues by 60 percent OVER the Christmas quarter.

As far as eBay's stock price: I have been refraining from making predictions for quite some time, as I can't find any logic to them, except that they have price about 4 to 5 years of good news into them.

I wouldn't be surprised to see eBay do $200M in revenues this year and more than $500M next year.

I also think there is a good chance eBay could be bought out sometime soon, by AOL or MSFT or YHOO. Barry Diller would love to have eBay but can't afford it.

I do think eBay has the person-to-person online auction market sewn up.

The question is how big will this market get? Can it get 10 times the current size? Yes.

Can it get 100 times the current size? I don't see how, but I could be wrong.
