They are trading at a fraction of sales, and are operating cash flow positive, but they have to do something to get out from under all that debt. Their debt/equity ration is 300%--that is, they have three times as much debt as they have in net worth. Needless to say, this is not good, and sustainable healthy stock prices will not likely be seen unless and until they can tackle this debt problem (is there some division they can sell?).
