I have read your many posts reciting the mantra of decreasing growth in the pc industry, yet nowhere do you give references for the hard data upon which you base you opinions. Many on this thread have asked you repeatedly for your data and it's source, but their pleas seem to fall on deaf ears. You bandy about stats from IDC that I simply can't find. What I do find when I actually go to the IDC data, is report after report citing rising PC sales in Asia, Europe, and Middle East/Africa. Could you please post a link to the source of you data, or direct me (and many others) to your source for these claims. It's not that I distrust you, it's that I actually do my DD and I appreciate direction from those who claim to have information quite contrary to what I have found on my own. I disagree with much of what you have posted recently, but your posts are always stimulating, and I keep hoping to find more than just your opinion. Many thanks.
