Mark - Now that the TCI deal is done, what do you think are going to be the next big moves by T. I am sure they are not going to stand still. Here are some possibles:

1) Stock Buy Back
2) Give all their internet enterprises to ATHM for more stock.
3) Rearrange the management at TCI (not Armstrong is going out to Calif to personally be in charge of the Fremont test).

What have you heard from T?
