From the quarterly report on Form 10-Q, filed 12/24/98:

Shareholders' Equity: $6.214 million

Current Debt: $12.687 million

Long Term Debt: $5.702 million

Thus, total debt (not even counting tax liabilities) is $18.389 million, roughly three times equity, or 300% of equity (net worth).
