Called Investor Relations Friday
by: bradyjoe9 39335 of 39392
Spoke to Alison at investor relations. As expected she couldn't say anything about the IPO, but she did say that we were now within a "few" weeks. She agreed that everyone's take on several and few were different, but that her's was several is 5-6 and few is 2-3. She said that they speak with Paulson and other execs almost daily to give them the pulse of the investors, and that Paulson knows that investors have grown weary of trying to be patient, especially as the stock price drifts lower every week. I asked her if Paulson was also aware that he and the rest of the management team has come through this looking very inept. She didn't respond directly, but insinuated that they did and that they are working very hard to get it filed. I told her that I had read somewhere that the IPO filing has been finished but that it had not been filed yet. I asked her if this was due to timing issues with the attorneys and investment bankers or if it was market conditions. She said it was a combination of both. I told her I don't care if they announce during an internet bear market, because 60-90 days later when trading begins it will have changed. She agreed. Finally, I asked her about underwriters. I was surprised here in that she DID indicate that it had been previously noted that Everen would be "one" of the underwriters.

My comments: I am more bullish than ever after this phone call. She sounded apologetic, but very upbeat. With more than one underwriter, we'll have more analysts pounding the table on Navarre and Netradio. We've waited this long, and we're now only a "few" weeks away, if that. I can realistically see no logical reason that this stock won't see new highs ($27) very soon and hopefully even much higher as we get closer to the first trading day
