Peter, I think the omission was nothing more than poor writing. I believe VocalTec is positioning itself properly for the future. They seem to me to be distinguishing themselves from Cisco, Lucent, etc in terms of product line while aligning with them on standards and as a 'player'. It appears VocalTec will get it's own niche here. If one reads the IP Telephony article about Gatekeepers written by VocalTec, you will see what I mean. Regarding IR., I have nothing but praise, and would take strong exception to anyone who would criticize VocalTec investor relations. I have found them to be exceedingly polite, informative and responsive. My last question to them was answered on a Saturday night by a person who had been working overtime all week and was not out doing something else so she could keep up with her responses.
