It's pretty clear all of her story is true. So fearful was she of lying that she told of oral/anal contact..jeez! Surely she might have known she didn't have to tell THAT one...and yes, surely Starr didn't need to put that in his report...some things SHOULD remain private..that one just truly wasn't needed to make the easy case against the President!
