KHS, I haven't bought new shares for a few months now and if I do, the terms are clear to me. I will strongly consider adding to my position if: a) Leland Wilson is replaced by a CEO with an appropriate track record; and/or b)a favorable deal is cut with a capable domestic partner. For the present, we languish, new ED meds are advancing through R&D and the FDA, and generally, I'm convinced that Vivus thinks that "press release" outlines the directions one follows to flush the toilet.
