JDS can no longer be considered a wholly Canadian company after the merger. Anyone have any info on this? >> Good question. Given the fact that JDS/UNPH will still have shares traded in Canada on the TSE and that they were just added to the TSE 100 (why would the TSE add then drop a company that fast) I would expect them to remain on the 100. Mind you this is a guess, I don't know for sure. Regards Glenn
