Nope. Never have. Zero connection. Own several hundred shares. No big position. Service user for several years. Also have an ISP account I rarely use. Used to be on MSN and Prodigy. Dropped 'em both. AOL is better for me and my family. (immediate and extended family....)

<< If your not having problem hooking
up you must have an inside track.>>
Same access as everybody else. It got bad in the evenings when flat rate was announced, but is nearly back to normal. But why believe what I have been telling you? Keep reading the usenet groups and Jesse Berst for your AOL facts.

Humor me: Redo the last quarter with marketing expenses at 15% of revenues instead of 30+%. Pull out the non-recurring charges and make the adjustment for excess marketing expenditures, and then let's correspond. Case is in the middle of a market share grab. Predatory. AOL won't need to spend anywhere near 30% of revenues on ads with the $19.95 price in order to maintain it's position. Don't confuse yesterday's pricing (per hour) and churn with today's reality.
And don't confuse today's ad blitz with tomorrow's much lower maintenance advertising.

Finally, tell me the marketing and commerce dollars aren't flooding in.

Tell me. Maybe then I'll get it.
