Zeev, I am not familiar with the OBV indicator, but I question its usefulness since its value apparently changes depending on the interval you are charting. You state that for RMBS the OBV is still negative. I ran some charts for RMBS and found the following OBV values:
Monthly +53
Weekly -2
Daily +37
60 min -15
30 min +76
15 min +1
5 min +15

Thus for RMBS the OBV is negative only on the Weekly and 60 min charts. What is this supposed to mean?

For PROG the OBV is positive except for the shorter term graphs. It is negative on the 5 and 15 minute charts. I also looked at MU where the pattern was similar, positive on long term charts and negative on short term charts, and VECO where it was positive on the long term charts, negative on the shorter charts, but positive again on the 5 minute charts.

Any tips as to what these numbers mean? They don't mean anything to me.
