It depends on the product to be bundled with. Usually you will get a couple bucks per license. The OEM bundle games (Mech Warrior II + 2 ???) for ATI RageII+ added CDN$15 to $20 to the OEM package. I think Activision got at least US$3 to $5 per license. It also depends on the age of the licensed product. The license fee for Tomb Raider III is much more than Tomb Raider II so new games should worth more.

OEM games can be pressed by either OEM manufacturer or licensee. It depends on the cost. Some OEM supplier can mass-production the program and cost very little per unit, they usually provide the media too. A good example is Microsoft.
